Sam Grey

I am in my 20s and live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I study Professional Writing and Editing at RMIT. I also work part-time for the Victorian Government. I love travelling. In the last three years I have been to Japan, Germany, New Zealand and the United States of America. I co-host a radio show, run a writers group and curate art shows.

I am interested in disability rights law, contemporary art and music. I love writing music and cafe reviews. I am very interested in social justice issues. I would like to write articles about the rights of Indigenous Australians and folk who are same-sex attracted.

I am most grateful for the internet

I was recently in hospital having another operation. I have been resting at home. I live by myself. But the internet helps me keep in touch with friends and family. I am most grateful for the internet. I use tools like Facebook, Twitter and DiVine regularly. I never feel alone. People who are not confident about using computers can do a course. You can learn how to use different internet tools. You can also learn how to use the internet for research. You might even meet some new friends.
